Who am I?

I’m Michael Hanle, founder of Predictable Success Systems. I help business owners stop spinning their wheels chasing revenue and start keeping more profit—without adding more work, stress, or marketing costs (until they can truly afford it).

My journey started in high-level corporate Marketing and sales with The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott corporation, but for the last 8 years, I’ve been obsessed with adapting those massive, EXPENSIVE systems for small business owners—helping them scale smarter and finally see real financial freedom.

This mission became even more personal after I lost six clients in the Lahaina fire in August 2023. It was my wake-up call—my sign to expand my reach and impact. Now, I’m committed to developing and bringing my group programs to more small business owners, starting here in Maui and expanding to other communities facing unique challenges like North Carolina and LA.

What am I trying to sell?

I work with business owners who are tired of pouring everything into their business and still feeling like they have nothing to show for it. My Profit Acceleration Software and 5-Part Profit Framework help them unlock hidden revenue, optimize their business for cash flow, and finally enjoy the freedom they started their business for in the first place.

So many small business owners are stuck in survival mode right now—especially in areas hit hard by economic shifts or disasters. My vision is to take this practical, proven, and easy-to-follow program and replicate it across these communities, guiding them from just surviving to thriving.

What has stood in my way of success?

Like many entrepreneurs, I used to think more revenue meant more success. I chased growth the hard way—working more, adding more, spending more—only to realize that none of it mattered if my profit wasn’t growing.

I also fell into the trap of shiny object syndrome—jumping from one idea to the next before letting any one thing succeed. And let’s be real—imposter syndrome was in the mix too. I struggled to believe I could truly help people when I was still figuring things out myself.

Once I shifted to a profit-first mindset, everything changed. Now, I help others avoid that costly mistake, build businesses that actually serve them, and break free from the grind.

Interesting or random fact about me?

I was a guest on The Oprah Show twice in the late 90s. Still trying to get that third invite. 😆

I also love where I live. Maui is home, and every day I wake up grateful that I landed here. My vision for the next phase of my life is to continue traveling, working with entrepreneurs from all over, and scaling my impact—while always keeping Maui as my home base.
