Day 3 – Set Up Your Whole Funnel Framework
Aaaand no sky scraper is built without strong foundations, so let's get that done on day 3: Establishing The Opt In.
Yesterday, you outlined what you’re selling.
Today, you’ll map exactly how people will find, trust, and buy it.
This is your funnel framework, and it’s a LOT simpler to build the funnel when you start on paper, so do just that.
Here's the daily task:

Map the funnel:
  • Lead magnet opt-in page
  • Thank you page
  • Sales page
  • Order bump
  • OTO
  • Confirmation page

How have I done this? Let me explain the nuances of each step of the funnel.
1️⃣ Opt-In Page
  • Introduce the value or Big Promise of your flagship offer, in the form of a lead magnet (free or paid)
  • Make sure the lead magnet is HYPER focused on exposing the problem your flagship offer resolves
  • Don't fix the problem in the lead magnet, but show with case studies (for example) how easy it can be to resolve the problem
  • Capture emails and send the lead magnet
2️⃣ Thank You Page
  • Make sure they understand how they will get the lead magnet
  • If via email, tell them to check their inbox to confirm they received it.
  • Tell them, unashamedly, what NEXT STEP they can take with you to resolve the problem and get more of what they want
3️⃣ Sales Page (present your offer)
  • Basically? Put your offer stack from yesterday into a slide show, and record yourself presenting it
  • The same content you present in the video? Write it out below the video in bullet points + benefits
4️⃣ Order Form and Order Bump (quick add-on)
  • You can make this a separate page, but honestly, I like slapping the checkout module on the bottom of my sales page.
  • Add the order bump at the bottom of the checkout, and add a picture AND description to it. Why should the lead buy it?
5️⃣ OTO Page
  • You have extra things, remember? From yesterday? Drop those into next-pages in your funnel, one page for ever OTO. This is where Upsells and Downsells can become valuable strategies.
6️⃣ Confirmation Page (welcome and next steps)
  • This is possibly the most important step in the whole funnel, because its where you confirm, for your buyer, that they made the right decision.
  • Congratulate them, make them feel warm and fuzzy. Throw a video of yourself celebrating them onto the page.
  • Tell them how to access what they bought.
  • Ask them to recommend it to a friend. Want to level up? Give every buyer an affiliate code.
