30-Days ... past 1-week marker 🏃♀️
What I found passing through 1-week:
- Focus! I really excluded all extra activities & focused on self-care, family and key-actions/elements-for business. This was the key element. I was all over the place before - partly from distractions but also needing to gather information before my next move(s).
- Clarity - on what I needed to do to not only move forward, but also, to really take the right direction. So, this was less about following another's blueprint. It was about using another's journey to see what I was missing & what key steps I needed. Funny thing, the ones I chose are very different from coaching (my business) but the different approaches helped me see what I had missed.
- New Perspective - by looking at my business, path & success path for my client through different eyes, I found I became more creative & flexible. New options & solutions unfolded.
What did I accomplish:
- I became productive & efficient. My message is clear & now consistent across platforms. I didn't really change the messaging, except to trim out extras.
- I have my YouTube Channel design/themes set up. I also have set up and linked a lead/nurturing funnel w/ the you-tube-videos (like a product launch) to lead to a workshop
- Set up broadcast emails & follow-up workflows for my YouTube channel lead-funnel. Sent out first 2-broadcasts to my list to see what needs tweaking before running ads.
- Testing, Testing, Testing and tweaking my presentation, emails, messaging based on responses. Mostly it was about narrowing/clarifying my message.
Where am I heading for the next week-10days: Go Time
- Leads-Leads-Leads, creating different leads/content to build list & find those who are ready
- Switching my FB-group to low-entry paid group. This seemed the easiest/simple way to go
- Working with some other coaches, a mini-collab-effort
