Google Ads - nonprofit grant (mentor needed)

I'm new to the group and could use some advice/mentorship. Does anyone here know how to use Google ads for a nonprofit in the group ($120k/yr grant was approved 2 years ago, but I never used it)? I'm approved, I just don't know about the campaign setup (search themes, creating ads, bid strategy, etc). Trying to pitch A. promoting the "No kid hungry" program for CalFRESH, B promoting EPA "Solar for all". Goal is to drive people to apply for benefits and buy solar from us.
