Client Problem

Hey guys i have a question so one of my client stopped every single digital marketing activity for 3 months and suddenly they want us to switch out strategy from Awareness to Sales even though based on the contract we were only focusing on awareness and they were the one who supposed to focus sales. To give you guys a clearer context our contract was for a whole year and during our 6 months performance report, awareness metrics and followers growth, we were able to hit it. But their sales barely made anything so after that we stopped everything for 3 months and the were only normal feeds post no video contents or even ads. Now after 1 month we were about to cut ties with them how do i tell them in digital marketing side of things that it's basically because of that 3 month of no activity and no structured re branding is the reason why even went we were the ones who handling it weren't able to hit it as well
