You do a very nice job getting open to the right sideline in the air. That is a great positon in the air. Now lets focus on rotation. Work on turning your hips first and fast and get that belly button pointed to the left antenna when you land. The chest and shoulders will rotate even farther to the left sideline. Do this in your seated exercise and your hip resist with the bands on. Then work on turning fast when your doing your standing throw/hit and jumping throwing/hitting.
