Last summer, we were raising capital for a residential project in Figueira da Foz. One year later, the apartments are almost ready, with construction expected to finish in around three months. This is an important reminder of what execution looks like in real estate. The project moved from a capital plan to visible construction, a short remaining delivery timeline and real apartments preparing to enter the market. For a limited number of units, buyers can still access an exclusive developer discount before deed, subject to availability and final commercial terms. Depending on the buyer’s profile, there may also be a potential IMT purchase tax exemption of up to approximately 6%. What I Learned from My Last Raise
In the last months, I pitched one of our development projects to more than 100 investors. 🔸 10 politely declined. 🔸 10 engaged but didn’t join. 🔸 65 never followed up. 🔸 And 15 investors said yes - until the deal became oversubscribed.
