Hi everyone, I'd like to share a short story on my journey in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Just landed a +40k USD deal with one the largest global software companies! This is not a coincidence, but the result of hard work. It took me couple months to master the skills to transfer a podcast into a discovery and from discovery into an actual sales call. I still need to improve on my sales skills, so there is a lot room for improvement. Over the last 9 months: I went from 0 new leads to 1-2 actual sales calls per week. And am now in a position to negotiate red lines with 5 prospects, all out of the podcast funnel. On top of that: just this week I got two calls from companies out of my existing network, that went sth like this: "Hey, great to reconnect. I have seen a lot about you and your podcast on LinkedIn. We actually have a problem with XY and would like to invite you to come visit our place, so that we can show you, where we are stuck. Here is our NDA to sign." AND ... a running contract extended for another 6 months, because they realized that my time is the bottleneck, so they wanted to secure it. I am super thrilled and am now shifting a gear up to accelerate growth!
