@Jean-Michel Moreau Thank you so much for all your help and support here. You and the team have been amazing, could not do it without you all! Took a little longer than I expected (as with anything haha!) but we both knew it was a matter of time as I have had so many amazing guests. Excited to see how this evolves as we've now shattered the invisible barrier! One big mindset shift I think that had to happen was this concept of bespoke offers (instead of trying to force everybody into the one thing that I wanted to sell). Versus trying to identify what they truly need, given where they're at in the moment, and solving that need, which opens up unlimited opportunity in the future!
