Hello!
Hi everyone! I’m in the Portland metro area, somewhat close to Ashlynn. I’ve been doing her program since May and I am loving it! About six years ago I started taking my fitness seriously and got in really good shape. Sadly, that all went out the window when we had my in-laws come live (and die) at our house. I’m now getting back into it so I can be healthy as I age and be an example for my kids (I have had five!). I LOVE the workouts so much but struggle with food big time. I have been able to be consistent with my protein and now need to make healthier choices (fruit over chips, maybe just square of dark chocolate and not four, etc). I have a super supportive husband and now a supportive coach and community, so I’m encouraged that I can start building a healthier foundation! Happy to be here with you all!

Introduction
Hi 👋 I’m Megan! Full time working mom with 3 kids 👧 👦🏼 👦🏼! I recently joined Pivot & Execute about a month ago but have been using the 1st Phorm app for over a year. For the last 5 years (and then some) I’ve been trying to lose the baby weight. It has been hard after having 3 kids within 4 years 🫣 ultimately I just want to be confident in my own body and not feel so embarrassed when I see myself in pictures. I have always been active but have really learned what I’m capable in these past few years (physically and emotionally). I enjoy running (trail and road), hiking, snowshoeing, and backpacking which is why we moved from Missouri to Washington. Looking forward to being part of this community!
