Three days into the new challenge and whewww 😅
Sore muscles, tight legs, and definitely feeling it. .
Huge shout out to Team 4 for the meal ideas this week and the consistent greens support 🌱💚 . That kind of accountability and encouragement makes a difference.
And a big shout out to coaching me through seeing some red on my food log ❤️
Being honest—seeing red can be a trigger for me in the log can be a trigger. Yesterday the calories and carbs were over and for once, I was actually okay with it. I’m classically under-fueled, so going a bit over and knowing I was putting good, nourishing things into my body felt like progress, not failure.
