💧 Education: Task #2 of Our Mini Challenge — WATER! 💧
Gosh, something so simple, yet we humans tend to make it complicated! Our bodies are made up primarily of water, and just like a car needs gas, oil changes, and regular maintenance to run efficiently, our bodies need water to function at their best. 🎯 Goal: Work toward 100–128 oz of water daily. My biggest recommendation? Start early. ✅ Set a water bottle or glass by your bedside the night before. ✅ Start your day with water before coffee or anything else. ✅ Set reminders or timers throughout the day. ✅ Figure out what helps you drink more: - Cold or room temperature? - Straw or no straw? - Flavored or plain? - Water bottle or cup? Most importantly, don't jump straight to, "I have to drink 128 oz every day." Instead, bring awareness first. 📍 Simply start tracking your intake. 📍 Learn your current baseline. 📍 Then gradually build from there. Small, consistent improvements lead to lasting habits. Water is one of the simplest ways to support your energy, digestion, recovery, performance, and overall health. Awareness first. Consistency second. Progress follows. 💙💧
