has always asked me to increase cardio… for June I set a goal for 15k steps and 30 minutes of cardio and never truly understood why cardio really matters… however with hitting that step goal everyday since June 1 and walking intentionally for 30 minutes everyday I have noticed my legs looking toner my stomach shrinking and my balance becoming better… what are your fantastic Friday wins this week!!!! I’d love to hear others small wins of noticing differences.. bc some days I’m like is this all really truly working but then magically I slowly see the small or big results and that is motivating in itself ❤️❤️🔥
