I've only ever done 2 cycles in the past, first was rad140, ac262 and lgd. Second was rad140 and mk677.... Both had good results, second cycle was definitely better than the first.
I am now going onto my third cycle of mk677, ac262, rad140 and enclomiphene.
In the past, before finding out about I was just sticking to minimal dose every single day for 8 weeks, I'd always do the rad140 about 30 mins before I went to the gym, mk was always in the morning and ac262 and lgd were done before an evening meal but I'm wondering if there's a more beneficial way of dosing and timing the doses? I've seen about mk being 5 days on and 2 off, I'm in the gym 5 days a week, depending on routines I'll do either 2 or 3 days then a day off followed by the remainder of the planned week with a final day off (currently 2 days gym, day off, 3 days gym, day off for the next 6 weeks), could I do mk only on my training days or does it have to be 5 consecutive days. Also this next cycle will only be about 4 weeks due to a holiday coming up and I know I'll forget to take them whilst away so will be interesting to see any difference between 4 and 8 week cycles.
