Cycle thoughts

@Chris Black I started mine six weeks ago, and I am having great results. Had blood work done before and after my cycle I will get it done again. Will keep you posted.
MK-677 Protocol Advice: Split Dosing vs. Single Dose? (No Hunger Response Yet)
Hey everyone, Excited to join the community! I’m hoping to get some feedback on my current research/protocol, specifically regarding MK-677 dosing and timing. I’ve been running MK-677 since December 30, 2025, following a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule. Here is how it has gone so far: - First 3 Days: Started with 10mg in the morning. Zero effect on hunger. - Next Phase: Upped the dose to 20mg in the morning. Still no change in appetite. I am currently in a bulk, so I was actually hoping for the hunger side effects to help get the calories in. I come from an Intermittent Fasting background, so maybe my hunger signals are just suppressed, but I expected more of a kick. The only noticeable effect so far is that I feel more tired/lethargic, though I'm not 100% sure if that's the MK or just general fatigue. Current Experiment: A few days ago, I switched to splitting the dose: 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night before sleep. Questions for the group: 1. What do you think is the superior protocol? 20mg in one go, or the 10mg/10mg split? 2. Has anyone else experienced zero hunger on 20mg? 3. Does splitting the dose help mitigate the lethargy while keeping GH levels stable? Context on other compounds: I also added 12.5mg Enclomiphene and 10mg AC-262 a few days ago. I haven't "felt" anything from these yet either, but I know it's early days. Any shared experiences or feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You need to give it more time. Tony has a great break down of how the MK677 works a the timing of how it gets I your system. I always take his and many other people’s advise to start low and go slow to see all effects before bumming up. Three days doesn’t give it enough time at in my experience. It was about two maybe three weeks in at 10mg in the morning that it hit me with hunger. After a month I was feeling all effects of the MK677. It works great for me, but everyone is different. I would definitely take it in the morning though to get the hunger throughout the day. I ended up taking mine at night to avoid the hunger spikes. Good luck to you. Let us know how it’s going.

Second cycle mk 677 and rad 140, my muscles have grown and feel so much fuller now .feeling tight and strong. But im still cutting for more definition. Im guessing 10 more pounds of fat will help. Any suggestions on cutting would be appreciated 👏.

@Johnathan Rodriguez Supps will help, but the diet has to be on point. Otherwise you may just spend the money on supps and not get the results you want. That’s where people say they don’t work. Not saying you will say that, just that’s where some of the bad comments about products start.
