Seeking Input: Alternatives to TRT, Peptide Advice, and Stacks for Fat Loss, Muscle, and Cognition
Hi everyone, I’m new to peptides and looking for some advice. I travel a lot, so my workouts are a mix of bodyweight exercises and resistance bands—my gym routine is pretty inconsistent right now. Until recently, I was on doctor-prescribed TRT (Test C 250, 0.5ml twice a week). I stopped due to breakouts on my shoulders chest i want to see if I need a PCT. Now I’m exploring the peptide stacks discussed here. Supplements/Protocols I’m currently using: • L-Carnitine: 600mg (~1ml), 3x/week • NAD+: 500mg/70 units, 3x/week • Kisspeptin-10: just started, 5 units 3x/week • HCG: about to start • Glow: about to start Goals: Fat loss, lean muscle, improved daily energy, reduced brain fog, and less reliance on caffeine (way too many Red Bulls lately!). I’m 41, open to advice, and curious what’s working for others—especially for those transitioning off TRT and working out on the road. Any input on stacks, support for coming off TRT, or additional supplements for my goals would be appreciated. Thank you
