IGF1-DES and IGF1-LR3
So I’m trying to find all the information on DES and LR3 I’m curious to brush up on everything about it before trying it out. What can you guys tell me and where can I find information on it for dosing, carb intake, side effects, cycling, realistic expectations in the cycle?

Most people overthink IGF1 DES and LR3, but it really comes down to how they act in the body. LR3 is longer lasting and works more systematically, so it helps create an overall growth environment throughout the day, while DES is very short acting and typically used around workouts for a more targeted effect in the muscle you are training. A big piece people miss is carbs, because IGF1 works closely with insulin, so if your carb intake is too low you will blunt the effects and increase the chance of low blood sugar symptoms. In terms of results, it is not something that produces rapid size like androgens, it is more subtle with things like improved fullness, recovery, and potentially long term growth if everything else is dialed in. There are also real side effects to consider like hypoglycemia and fatigue, so it is not something to run blindly. And if you are already using something like MK 677, your GH and IGF levels are already elevated, so adding DES or LR3 is more about getting a small extra push rather than building your entire approach around it.
Tren vs. Test—ever had labs that made zero sense?
Here's something most guys don't know: standard immunoassays can't tell the difference between your natural test and the tren you pinned. Your bloodwork is lying to your face. Ever get labs back that made zero sense based on what you were running? Doctor said "everything's normal" while you felt like garbage? Let's hear your worst lab scare. And what did you do next?

@Aaron Reed ADH at zero is definitely not something to ignore, but that's exactly the point about context. On paper it looks extreme, but most standard labs and doctors aren't connecting it back to what someone is actually running or how it's affecting fluid balance and electrolytes. That's where guys get into trouble, because they're told everything is "normal" while something critical is off. This is why you can't rely on surface-level interpretation. You have to look at symptoms, hydration, sodium balance, and the full picture, especially when you're pushing compounds that alter these pathways.

@Remigiusz Składanek ACE-031 is a different level altogether, it blocks myostatin so you're removing one of the body's natural brakes on growth. That also means you're stepping into territory with a lot of unknowns and documented side effect issues from earlier trials. It's powerful, but this isn't something to treat like a typical add-on, it's firmly in experimental territory.
Histamine overload—has antihistamine rotation helped you?
If your gut's a mess, your compounds aren't absorbing. You're leaving 40–60% of your results on the floor. Histamine overload is the sneaky one. Bloating. Brain fog. Androgen receptor sensitivity trashed. Ever run the antihistamine rotation – loratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine? Did it change how you felt? Did your gear hit harder? Tell me what happened.

@Randy Blankenship Histamine overload might be quietly holding back your gains. If your gut is inflamed, your body is not absorbing compounds properly, and you could be missing out on a huge portion of your results. It usually shows up as things like bloating, brain fog, weaker pumps, or just not responding the way you expect. A lot of people assume it is bad gear, but often it is histamine dysregulation throwing off the whole system. That is why some advanced protocols use a rotation of antihistamines like loratidine, cetirizine, and fexofenadine, not really for allergies but to help restore ansorption and overall response. If you have tried it, I am curious what happened for you. Did things start working better or did you notice no difference?

@Aaron Reed Exactly! DAO and HNMT are the key enzymes, but that's just the genetic baseline. What most people miss is that expression matters more in real life. Gut inflammation, microbiome issues, diet, even certain compounds can reduce DAO activity on the fly. So you can have good genetics and still end up with functional histamine overload. That's where anti histamine rotation and fixing the gut becomes a performance tool, not just an allergy fix, because once that pathway is working again, absorption and overall response improve.
Reta sides.
Im now dosing down my Reta to ease off. I noticed at 7.5mg and 10mg per week for sure I had sides. Injections were Mon and Thurs to keep a steady and level amount in body. The chills, slight stomach pains/nausea, tired and Allodynia showed up at high doses. I was wondering what everyone else noticed was the sweet spot to max the benefits with minimal to no sides. I think 5mg I got the most benefits and little to no sides...

Everyone thinks pushing retatrutide higher is going to accelerate results, but what you're really seeing at 7.5 to 10mg is the body pushing back with chills, nausea, fatigue and even nerve sensitivity, which tells you you've crossed out of optimization and into overload. These are powerful pathways being activated all at once, and beyond a certain point the signal stops being productive and just becomes systemic stress. That's why 5mg often ends up being the superior dose, because you're still getting strong fat loss and metabolic effects without compromising how you feel and perform, and performance is what drives results long term. The real strategy is not chasing the highest dose, it's finding the lowest effective dose you can sustain consistently, because that's what actually compounds into a transformation

@Goku Gregory That's actually a solid way to approach it, using short term experimentation to understand your own response instead of just guessing. There's real value in pushing a bit higher occasionally to map out where benefits peak and where side effects start, because that gives you a much clearer picture of your personal limits. The key is exactly what you're already doing, using those higher doses as a learning tool, then settling back into that ~5mg range where you're getting the results without the negatives. That balance between curiosity and control is what leads to the most dialed-in, individualized outcomes.
CoAs for Swisschems.is compounds?
Does anyone know why Swisschems doesn't have the CoAs for Enclomiphene and AC262? It's possible to have them ?

They do have. If it's not on the page you can ask their CS for a copy

@Fernando Flores your feedback on the quality and strength lines up with what you'd expect when the compounds are legit and properly dosed.
