8-Week Fat Loss Cycle
I am considering the following protocol for an 8 week fat loss cycle. I am currently 225lbs and would like to hit 200lbs/205lbs by the end of the 8 weeks. I will keep calories around 1,419 with macros of protein 187g, carbs 83g, and fats 37g. I my lifting split will break down as 5 days or training and 2 days of rest, but every day will include 40 minutes on Stairmaster.

In week 8 looking to possibly do some water manipulation like increase water → then reduce slightly → and then carb up to enhance look. Not doing this for a show, so will see if looking flat or not to decide if need to use water manipulation since this is only for vacation.
Any feedback, insights, or ideas would be great. I will try to keep posting updates to the thread once I start the cycle. Looking to run this Jan 1 - February 27th, to get tight, hard, and dry look for a vacation I have planned.
