Perimenopause can begin years before periods stop. Hormone fluctuations don’t just affect cycles, they affect the brain, joints, sleep, mood, nervous system and pain sensitivity. Fatigue. Muscle aches. Joint stiffness. Anxiety spikes. Brain fog. Low mood. Touch sensitivity. Overwhelm. These are common. They are real. And they are often dismissed. Today is about validation. You are not imagining this. You are not alone. Your body is changing and it deserves understanding, not criticism.
