1. We must celebrate you Boss! You have taken on the amazing ownership of business building! Now you are ready to master the piece that FEELS the most unpredictable and yet, contrary to what it seems, the single way you can positively effect your business' profitability, your own JOY factor and how your future days will look.
Or as we like to call it "The People Side of Business".
2.We will be sharing hiring strategies, CEO mindset, and management best practices that will have you rocking your own Boss - attitude, forever more to be known as your "Bossitude"!
This is not about being an Ogre to get what you want. We won't be teaching you how to be mean or ask you to move away from your core values. We will be discussing boundaries, communications, process, and how to get your team to take responsibility for their performance and/or attitudes!
We will be challenging you define success, communicate the results you want and take responsibility as only the CEO can of your teams and your company success.
3. How To Get the most out of this community!
Community Tab - This is YOUR, mine and other Bosses posting about challenges, insights or Boss wins. Review and comment. Don't be shy!
Classroom Tab - This is where you will find our Monthly Trainings as well additional trainings available for purchase.
Calendar Tab - This is where you can find the dates and opportunities for us all to get together. The calendar shows the Regular events so you can get them on your calendar. The Bossification Incubator Premium events (It will say "Premium") are also shown including the 3 times a month you can get access to Talmar and her Boss expertise for your specific situation!
Members Tab - This is where you can find other Bosses just like you!
Map Tab - Literally where we are all at so you can check to see who is in your neck of the woods.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY - This community provides training AND is for you to BLOW OFF STEAM, share the frustrations, and be honest about your feelings around dealing with team. Your acceptance into this community is predicated on your never sharing anything expressed in here with regard to what another Boss says. Boss HQ will fully back ANY one that is shamed, quoted outside of this community, or misrepresented in public. We are grown ups and the expectation is very Vegas - What happens in the People Side of Biz - STAYS in the People Side of Biz.
5. NO TEAM MEMBER NAMES!! - Please use nicknames instead. Your challenging team member could be someone else's great team member (Especially after they learn from you Boss!)
6. PLEASE NOTE 👀👀👀 We are consulting and coaching on Boss best practices and do not replace your legal or financial advisors!
