Thanksgiving...holiday to catch up or take off, Boss?- Tell us!
All of our business owner journeys are different, and we each pass through the Boss Lifecycle at different times. Maybe you have a kickass Manager who is on point so you can truly enjoy that CEO Freedom. Maybe you have a good enough team that let's you take the holiday because your customers take the holiday off too. Or maybe you are constantly checking your texts because you "just know" that team will be calling off ...cough....cough, sick even with deadlines looming. So THIS Thanksgiving, will you be... P.S. We are grateful for YOU and this new community that is going to be delivering so hard for you for many years to come. Thank you for committing to delivering for your clients, growing jobs in your community and being brave enough to step into the kickass Boss role. It's mostly just me at the moment still. I worked a bit in the morning and took the rest of the day. Need the day to stay ahead of a couple jammed packed weeks ahead. My rule for holiday/ vacation work is no client work if it can be helped. Just stuff for ON the business.

@Talmar Anderson Yes. Exactly it. You can silence notifications, away message on the email, and silence phone and keep it for true true emergencies. An emergency on the client's part isn't an emergency on my part. Most often it can'tbe fixed on a holiday anyways with banks and things closed anywhere. Plus, its hard to sit still sometimes

Classroom Tab - This is where you will find our Monthly Trainings as well additional trainings available for purchase. Calendar Tab - This is where you can find the dates and opportunities for us all to get together. The calendar shows the Regular events so you can get them on your calendar. The Bossification Incubator Premium events (It will say "Premium") are also shown including the 3 times a month you can get access to Talmar and her Boss expertise for your specific situation! Members Tab - This is where you can find other Bosses just like you! Map Tab - Literally where we are all at so you can check to see who is in your neck of the woods. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY - This community provides training AND is for you to BLOW OFF STEAM, share the frustrations, and be honest about your feelings around dealing with team. Your acceptance into this community is predicated on your never sharing anything expressed in here with regard to what another Boss says. Boss HQ will fully back ANY one that is shamed, quoted outside of this community, or misrepresented in public.
