Are these okay Mike? They are yummy and convenient for a quick snack during the week
Protein Balls
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup Rice Krispies
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons milk
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or mini m & m’s)
Mix all together (wear gloves) then use a cookie batter scoop and roll into balls. Put in refrigerator in container.
