FB Marketplace Payouts
For the Lead Smart Dashboard (LSD) we have 2 ways to check the payouts. 1.https://dashboard.leadsmartinc.com/reports/expected-lead-value The numbers shown represent the lowest possible payout you’ll receive. For example, many plumbing ZIPs display $12.50, but most plumbing calls in many areas actually pay closer to $20. When building the dashboard, we had the choice of showing the highest, lowest, or a range. We decided to show the lowest so that expectations are clear — if you earn more, it’s a bonus rather than a disappointment. 2. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ItTE71WQX6oMDUCQHCuL68cbGXnHifoMbBjrSMqIR9c/edit?usp=drivesdk These are actually payouts from last month. We can't 100% guarantee this month will be the same, but there is a high probability they will be the same this month. I update every month with previous month's data.

Facebook Marketplace is not allowed on any of the public offers here except for Home Security Per Sale, which pays only when the caller pays for the system and monitoring. Many campaigns are nationwide, but you will be better off targeting higher paying locations for better payouts. This will be for Regular offers, that do NOT Allow Facebook Marketplace Here is a google sheet with payouts for several different services, based on a Qualified Call Model. Calls convert if it is a homeowner, looking for the service/booking an appointment. These calls convert very well, but do not update in real time. These will be updated Friday for the week prior, but frequently put a $0 as a placeholder, so you know it is a CPL call. These buyers only pay for a qualified call, so calls can be billable at 30 seconds, or may not be billable at 5 minutes.
