Built it last month. It's already at #7 and making money.
Built an EMD site last month using Local Sites Pro 2.0. Targeted a niche with solid call demand. One month in — it's sitting at #7 in Google, 5000+ impressions, and already made $375 from a single converted call. No ad spend. Just organic. The math gets interesting when you stack these. 10 sites like this running in parallel, each generating calls on autopilot — that's a fundamentally different cost structure than paid. The key is picking the right niche + market before building. That's where most people get it wrong — they build first, validate later. If you want to see the full build process — niches, domains, structure — I've put it all together at LeadsXPro 2.0 .

Checked GSC just now - 32 impressions. 2 clicks. In the last 24 hours. On a keyword most people wouldn't even touch. Built with Local Sites Pro 2.0. A tool not available to the public yet. The math is stupid simple 👇 1 site = ~$100/mo selling calls to LeadSmart / LeadsMagician × 10 sites = $1,000/mo in local assets That's it. No DR70 backlinks. No 10,000 visitors. No content machine. Just quiet little local sites doing their job and sending calls to a pay-per-call networks. LSP 2.0 is exclusive right now - only inside LeadsXPro 2.0. Not launching to the public anytime soon. Members already have access and I'm dropping live GSC screenshots + results inside the community as they happen. If you're in, you already know. If you're not — watch this space. 👀 #localseo #localsitespro #leadsxpro

Nationwide VS Single Location Website — How to Build a Sustainable Business with Local SEO
I love building nationwide websites. They are my main cash cows. They work fast, rank fast, and monetise fast. They are great for starting to make money with pay-per-call affiliate networks like LeadSmart. But the problem with these sites? You don't always get calls from the same geo. You either have to optimise the pages generating calls, push for better rankings, or keep building in bulk. There's no guarantee on how long these sites last. One update and they can go down. Yes. But I still build them — because they are the main cash cows. Now, since this is my primary income source, I want to make it reliable. The best thing I found to build a sustainable, long-term business out of pay-per-call is building single location websites. Here's why: - I know exactly which geo the calls are coming from - I can reach out with that data to find direct buyers who pay more per call - I can increase the conversion value significantly Check the attached screenshots — one is a nationwide plumbing site, the other is a single city roofing site. Look at the conversion difference. That tells the whole story. In the last few months, with my team of 10, I built 100 single location websites using LocalSitesPro. They started making money from the first month — not much, but enough to cover my team's salaries. In the next few months, it will break even including domains, hosting, and everything else. From there, I can find direct buyers to increase the value per call. I can build a full agency out of this. A real brand — something you can scale, which is simply not possible with nationwide websites. But I will keep building nationwide sites to get data in GSC and to generate initial funds for reinvesting into the team, domains, and backlinks. That's how you build a sustainable business out of local SEO and pay-per-call. Now, you can build single location websites manually or with. Both work. But at LeadsXPro, we are going further — building nationwide, statewide, cloud sites, and multiple other things, with lifetime access to all the scripts.
Nationwide VS Single Location Website — How to Build a Sustainable Business with Local SEO
Just dropped something inside LeadsXPro 2.0 that I've never shared publicly before.
Casino affiliates are already using this to rank in the most competitive niche on the internet. We're using it for local rank-and-rent. Legitimately. I bought the domains. Built the site. It's live. LeadsXPro 2.0 Early bird members are getting the domain name, the GSC data, and the full breakdown as it unfolds — in real time. This is the kind of stuff that doesn't make it into courses. It makes it into the community before the course even starts. Enrollment closes soon. Early bird pricing won't be back. If you've been sitting on the fence — this is your sign. Estimating Market Size
I want to estimate how many people in the English-speaking world would be making more than $1000/month with rank and rent SEO or pay per call SEO or lead-gen SEO without any GBPs. Just with organic. And only with local sites. Not with national or regional sites. Is that number of people >1000? Could it be >10000? Or is it just between 100-1000? Just want to guess this number. If anybody in this community is making $1000/month with lead-gen SEO, please share so (don't share your exact numbers) and also make your guess on how many people in the world would be doing this successfully. This is just to motivate myself and this group. I recently launched my first site and it started ranking on Page 1 within a week. Now, I want to understand if I should scale this massively. For that purpose, I am trying to get an estimate. Because if there are only a small number of people making $1000/month with lead-gen SEO, then there must be challenges with this business model, that I may not fully understand yet. @Matthew Zivkovic @Seth Pikus @Abhishek Sood @Roshan Tiwari

Making $1k from a single local pay-per-call site selling to affiliate networks is tough—you won't hit $1k from just one website that way. But here's how you CAN make $1k+ easily with local sites: You need to build sales skills. Outreach to find buyers, build relationships, then rent your ranked website for $500-$1k depending on rankings and call volume. This is the true rank-and-rent model. Pay-per-call affiliate networks are a cash cow for nationwide sites because you skip the outreach, sales calls, and relationship-building infrastructure. Massive thanks to @Matthew Zivkovic for providing such a great network for that model. To answer your question directly: The number of people making $1k/month+ with purely rank and rent (local websites only, no GBP, just organic) is easily in the thousands across the English-speaking world. It's a proven model, but it requires: Volume (multiple sites) OR Sales skills (direct client outreach and relationship building) My guess: There are likely 5,000-10,000+ people worldwide doing this successfully with local sites. The business model is solid, but the challenge isn't the model itself—it's execution at scale or mastering the sales/outreach side. Since your site hit Page 1 in a week, you're already ahead of most. Scale it up!
