🚨 Wishful Thinking and False Productivity, A Message From Me to You As We End the Week
As we end the week, I want this message to stay with you.
Many people say they want to transition into tech, get certified, and change their lives, but desire alone is not enough.
What Is Wishful Thinking?
Wishful thinking is saying you want success, but having no clear study plan, no fixed study time, and no consistent practice.
You cannot wish your way into Salesforce.
You have to do the work.
What Is False Productivity?
False productivity is feeling busy without making real progress.
Watching a session without practising.
Attending a live class withought asking questions or watching the recording.
Thinking the live class recording is only for people who missed the session
Opening your laptop while checking your phone.
Saying you studied, but not being able to explain what you learned.
That is not progress, this is false productivity
How To Fix It
Set a clear study time.
Watch missed recordings or sessions you attended too,as during the live class you can retain a maximum of only 45% of what was taught, the rest is in when you are rewatching and practicing.
Practise inside your Developer Org.
Post your progress iun the community
Ask questions when you are stuck.

Final Word
Do not just wish for a tech career.
Build towards it with structure and discipline.
As we enter a new week next week, ask yourself:
What will I study?
When will I study?
What will I practise?
That is how you move from wishing to winning.
