This is a good way to answer interview questions...
What tools have you used for data import/export (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)?
S: I’ve used both tools.
T: For under 50,000 records, I used the Import Wizard.
A: For larger sets and automation, I used Data Loader.
R: Each tool has its use depending on complexity and volume.
