Appreciation to Nelson and Liliane for deep clarification on how to create Users and Profiles

Today I built a Screen Flow in Salesforce to automatically update an existing Contact or create a new one based on email matching. Flow logic: • User enters Contact details (Name, Email, Phone) • Flow checks if a Contact with the same Email exists • If found → the record is updated • If not found → a new Contact is created This approach helps: • Prevent duplicate records • Maintain clean CRM data• Improve user efficiency with automation I also experimented with mass updating Contact records during testing. I made a small mistake there, but it was a great learning moment — I’ll share the fix and lessons learned in my next post. I want you to pause for a moment and ask yourself a serious question: Why did you start this journey in the first place? Was it for a better life? Was it to break into tech? Was it to change your financial situation? Was it to prove to yourself that you can do more? Whatever your reason was, do not forget it. It honestly breaks my heart when I see people with so much potential join this community and then slowly disappear into silence. Not because they are not capable, but because they lose momentum. This community is not just a place to watch content. It is a place to build your future. That is why I want everyone to start updating the community with your progress. 📌 Share what you are learning 📌 Share the modules you completed 📌 Share the challenges you are facing 📌 Share your wins, even the small ones When you do that, I can see where you are, guide you properly, and help you move faster.
