Flow Element: Decision
+Definition:
A Decision element in Flow is like an if-then statement. It evaluates conditions and routes the flow based on outcomes.
+Why Use It / Importance:
  • Directs the flow based on data or user choices
  • Enables branching logic
  • Ensures the flow responds dynamically to different situations
+Usage:
  • Add outcomes with conditions (e.g., $Record.Stage = Closed Won)
  • Flow takes the first matching outcome
  • If none match, it follows the Default Outcome
Examples:
  • Show different screens based on picklist selection
  • Route support cases based on priority
  • Alert sales when opportunity is Closed Won
