While studying permissions, I discovered the "Administrator Can Log in an Any User" feature — it allows admins to log in as another user (without their password) to see exactly what they see.
This can be found in Setup - > Login Access Policies
As a Salesforce Admin, this is useful:
- To quickly troubleshoot user issues
- To validate permissions and access
- To test real user experiences
Such a simple feature, but incredibly powerful for admins
