Level 1:
Thought this was a very hard level 1 this week but found pistol squat a little easier on the rail than a normal one because I didn't have to worry about holding my leg up. So I'm happy I got that on both legs too! Never don't that before
Level 2:
Wanted to challenge myself so tried a turn vault straight into an under bar. Quite fun! Could definitely try and keep my feet off the ground for longer in the under bar though
Level 3:
Pretty sure this is my biggest standing rail pre to date as it was 9.5ft. Also on very thin rails. Took a while to commit to but glad I got it. Started off undershooting because I was starting lower and in more of a squat position to balance but had to stand up straighter so I could go down into that position like I would on a wall to get more power. Very fun week!
