Ground Kong II
Working on making my ground kongs more slick. The cue I am using is as soon as my hands touch, that is when my feet move. Also, I have been using this painted line on the car park floor to assist me in staying in line, instead of straying off course. As always your feedback is appreciated.

@Alexander Robinson okay. There is a skatepark near me, that I think has a more suitable height. I'll check it out.

@Joshua Abrego Thank you, that is a really good tip! If I can keep the momentum going it will make it easier to transition the move into something else: an under bar, butt spin etc. By sitting back on the heels you lose all/some of the momentum. Thanks again, I'll keep this mind the next time I train.

I'll stick to level 1 skill quest, as the others are out of my league.
Ground Kong
Ground Kong The first couple are of the skill & the last one is of me descending and then going into ground Kong. let me know what you think. Gareth
Ground Kong
Kong up
I am currently away in Italy at the moment, however I would like to learn the Kong. One of the pre requisites of Kong is a kong-up. I will be working on getting a kong-up first before going for a kong. I can see how a kong, and a kong-up can be used to create a different line and this would enable me to get to the next challenge. So here goes to trying something new...

@Jayden McAllister okay, I'll look into how to do a ground Kong, presumably you could use a ground Kong to transition from one move to the other and not just used as a progression to obtain the Kong?

@Alexander Robinson thank you for this. It is 03:55am here, just having a coffee. I have watched the video and it is really good. There is an area that I regularly train at that I can see that I would be able to do ground kings. It is an area that I use Quadrapied movement flows, so to add a ground kong to the movement would be awesome! I'll start small and record my efforts. Thank again.
๐ŸŽฎ Skill Quest - Pause + Update
We're working on something super exciting and can't wait to share so much more value with you all! In the meantime, we're going to be pausing Skill Quest for the next couple of weeks to fully focus on implementing the next phase. QUESTION (please answer): - If I could help you achieve one result, what would you want my help with?

Hi, to be honest Lรขche pre. I am struggling to let go of the bar/pole & when I do I don't launch myself that far/to my intended destination that I would like to land.

@Alexander Robinson I think it is because my background is calisthenics and so for the majority of the time you don't let go of a bar, hence you feel out of control. So I think it is because it is unfamiliar territory and a lack of confidence in thier application.
