This is a skill I have avoided for a while because I'm not very good at them so I've been thinking I should work on them to get better at them.
So I tried one and they don't feel very good at all so I thought I'd post it here 😁
Would love some help on how to make it cleaner. I believe it's in the first part of the movement and being able to get into a more handstand like position but not sure how to do that
