Experiment with a more expressive painting with warm colours in gouache on paper (24x32 cm). Inspired by an internet tutorial. Still tried to incorporate Sam's method (darkest darks and lightest lights in the foreground etc), though I might have my mid ground trees and background purples still a bit too much on the saturated side, this way. Anyway, it was fun and another learning experience. I think I might have pushed the atmospheric depth a bit more, but I kind of like how the light/dark play turned out.
