Below we have a cup of chicken potato soup
Homemade Beef and macaroni (leftovers from last night)
With a cherry Coke Zero and my water bottle
Then homemade banana oatmeal peanut butter cookies
I’ll eat all of this and drink everything on my way to class.
Nothing is tracked or weighed out. But it’s better than eating fast food, you know what’s going into your body. It’s easy, cheap, and quicker than any restaurant. Try packing your foods or prepping a night in advance. Saves me hours and dollars of my life.
