There’s nothing I dislike more than walking up at 5-5:10 a.m to go workout. It never gets easier, I always go to bed late because of work or school. It’s always a fight.
But everytime I finish the workout, it was worth it. It’ll be 7am and I already completed a relatively intense workout. Already completed more than 76% of the world. So it’s worth it, I feel good, I feel ready to attack my day. All because I got past myself for 15 minutes in the morning and went to the gym.
So it never gets easier, matter of fact sometimes it gets harder to wake up, but if you can win that fight consistently. You’ll see progress.
