It’s so important to do at least 10 mins of some type of cardio before your workout. Elliptical, treadmill, or bike. Something
This helps your body activate and warm up. Letting blood start flowing and your joints warm up. Most of our workouts involve plyometrics and high intensity movements. This puts our joints and muscles under a lot of pressure.
Going straight into Plyos cold will increase your chance of injury greatly. One bad landing and your ankle snaps, too quick of a drive and your hamstring is torn. All because you didn’t warm up
