This little guy has helped me breathe 100x better. Making life so much more enjoyable. I get better sleep, have better runs, and higher intensity workouts.
This is called the Intake breathing strip. IM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM AT ALL
I just use this product and love it. Wearing it at night has let me sleep better without waking up due to congestion. Especially someone who struggles with allergies and hard time breathing through my nose. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.
They’re kind of pricy to get started. But after that is $25 a month for refills. For how much this helps. I’ll pay that every single time.
