Calisthenics basics
I’ve recently become quite interested in calisthenics and have been practicing the fundamental exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. However, I’m curious about other exercises I should incorporate into my routine. Additionally, I’m wondering if I should perform all the push-ups, pull-ups, and dips until I reach failure. My primary goal is to establish a consistent and sustainable workout routine and was wondering maybe get given a routine or something to help me with my routine (Like improvements different exercises etc)
