Bourns vs CTS

Okay this isn’t about which is better. Both companies have rock solid reputations in the guitar potentiometer world. This is about the differences. Been upgrading my Tele electronics. I ordered CTS pots. I put a standard pot and a push pull pot in my Tele control plate. It fit…. Kinda. It fit like me putting on my prom tux 😂 I coulda made it work. However, I want my gear to be easily serviceable. And a crowded control plate isn’t very serviceable. So I bought a couple Bourns pots instead. Theres not much difference between the standard pot sizes. However, the Push Pull pot is a HUGE difference. Space saver indeed. The Bourns pots also are less stiff and I would assume would end up being easier for swells.
