The last two weeks have reminded me about finding more balance. I’ve had a lot of different embers in the fire first I’ve had the record label contracts then I’ve had to start a drywall business to keep money flowing in while trying to get time for myself chores around the house done and finding time for music when I’m literally exhausted but then the other day I had the guitar next to the bed to help inspire me to pick up and play when I had a few moments and I heard a riff in my head, picked it up until I matched the tones. I was hearing and wrote a song was freaking awesome so I encourage you all in your busy lives to make sure that you find balance for music which centers us all. I hope the rest of you have a truly blessed week.

It’s been a long week what’s everyone been up too! Hope everyone that still has a mom or wife with kiddos has a great Mother’s Day Sunday! Record label is sending me a contract to look over! I’m nervous as heck, they even offered to help me with a publicist. Decent royalty rate too. Not looking forward to having to get a lawyer to look it over but it is what it is.
