The BMJ Future Health Conference has been a great opportunity to finally meet @Getrude Orodo She is a coach for young internationally educated nurses transitioning from their country to a new system abroad. I know her from a few years now and thanks to LinkedIn. This conference has been an opportunity to meet in person and to exchange opinions and reflection. Having Getrude in this community is a privilege and a sign that collaboration make Nursing a better profession 😊
