I’m spiraling a bit 😫 I need advice

I just recently created a guide for nurses wanting to start a holistic health business without becoming an NP. (Of course I recommend beginning with HTMA). Inside the guide I included that I am open to mentoring/business coaching for people that need extra push in this area.

I’m spiraling because a very established holistic health nurse just announced that she’s launching a program called Beyond the Bedside and it is 12wks of mentoring for nurses who want to create a holistic health business.

My guide is named Beyond Bedside Burnout😭 and I already released it. Since she’s more established in the space (she has tons of followers and has been doing her business longer than me) I’m scared that it’s going to look like I copied her down to the name even though I already released mine and I’m certain neither of us had any idea. I’m insecure about it looking like I copied her name bc she’s more established. I messaged her just saying I already launched a guide with the name Beyond Bedside Burnout and am doing mentoring and I wanted to say something so things didn’t get hairy but I don’t really know what to do other than that??
