🍄 Who are ya?!

Hi guys! I'm Denise👋 I've been working as a labor& delivery/hospice RN for 12 years. I started l&d after my own experience of delivering a 25wk preemie (now 23yo), then switched to hospice after the death of my mom and MIL. Nursing activated my nervous system in a way that led me to alcoholism, I've now been sober for 3 years🙌 my hubs and 3 babies (all adults now) have been with me on the journey through it all. Life has taught me so much. Needless to say, I have allowed life to happen to me and learned to stare it in the face and learn to allow it to work FOR me, by living towards my health and what I value. Holistic practices have changed my life significantly. This is why I'm here now😁

I watched most Nickelodeon as a mom and will always love Dora 😍

🛼 Ur current biz challenge?

Being seen, confident with my differences in life. I'm terrified, but more terrified to stay stagnant in a place that doesn't align. I love walking beside the vulnerable and helping them feel seen and heard. Now learning the business side of how to show up for my people✨
