But in this moment, I am worthy was resounding throughout my mind and my body. I am worthy of being loved, Worthy to call you my friends, worthy to rest in this moment.

Today I am thankful for the ability to learn how to regulate my emotions and in learning how to find true inner peace. There is still room for improvement but I'm headed in the right direction🥸🥸🥸
