Dear fellow nidra practitioners; I want to share with you this graphic from my sleep app that uses my Apple Watch to collect the data and analyze my sleep. As you can see, I had a very restful experience as I listened to and practiced with one of ’s yoga nidra meditations. So for any skeptics out there, the proof is in the pudding so to speak. I didn’t fall asleep at all, I followed along the whole hour. Pretty cool right?
