Unwrap a free gift. Each day, beginning Christmas Day, I'll post a new Qigong movement, from the lineage of the QiGong of Unconditional Love, given to Teacher Li, by the ascended masters. We will begin with Jesus sitting and standing Qi Gong, and this will be our practice through Winter.
