You have a recorded document with:
š 3 borrowers
šOr 2 sellers with trust verbiage
š And the notarial certificate has almost no space.
Now you have to decide:
1ļøā£ Squeeze all the names into the lines somehow
2ļøā£ Write outside the certificate margins
3ļøā£ Attach a loose certificate
Sounds simpleā¦ but hereās the catch
A lot of title companies do NOT like extra attached certificates on recorded docs because:
Recording fees are calculated ahead of time and one extra page can change the cost
So before making that decision on your ownā¦ itās always better to ask first
