Has anyone ever done business with "Super Promo Videos" in Buffalo, NY? I ordered some notary supplies from here and all of the order came to me except for a physical name badge I spent $40 on. This was back in February 27, 2026. Ever since then I have made many attempts to contact the owner (Charles Huggins) via email (there is no phone # associate with this business) and dm on LinkedIn. No replies ever since I asked about the one piece I never got sent to me. I am honestly thinking he is dead or just never answers customer support emails because the web site is still working be he is no where to be found to contact. I had the scheduled signing for today, but the time still needed to be defined. It can integrate with all the apps you use in your business and act as an assistant in Slack. Ex: it can pull data from Stripe and drop automated reports, etc.
