First HUD partial claim success!
The docs were approved and already shipped. 😊
Today really showed me that being a notary is one thing, but being a signing agent is a whole different skill set. The hardest part for me was learning how to explain documents in simple, everyday language that borrowers can actually understand instead of relying on the technical definitions I studied. Definitely a great learning experience overall. But on to the next!
