Scam texts & emails
Good morning all…. I was wondering if you are also getting these SCAM text and emails?

Yes text, emails, calls. Be careful 😅
Quick question for the community.
You're at the signing table. The borrower points to a line in the documents and asks: "Should I be signing this?" What is the exact sentence that comes out of your mouth next? A couple of questions for you: 1. What is your go to response when a borrower asks what a document means or whether they should sign it? 2. Have you ever caught yourself almost answering before realizing you were getting too close to legal advice? 3. Drop your response below. I'll share mine later this week, along with the exact script I teach.

Yesterday a signer asked whether her documents would update automatically after she legally changes her name. I politely let her know that sounded like a legal/title question and that an attorney or the title company would be the best source for guidance.
First HUD partial claim success!
The docs were approved and already shipped. 😊 Today really showed me that being a notary is one thing, but being a signing agent is a whole different skill set. The hardest part for me was learning how to explain documents in simple, everyday language that borrowers can actually understand instead of relying on the technical definitions I studied. Definitely a great learning experience overall. But on to the next!
📦 Quick Poll.
You have a Buyer Package scheduled for 3:30 PM. No delays were reported. The last FedEx pickup in your area is 7:30 PM. Do you believe that's enough time to complete the signing, scan the documents, and make the drop-off on time? Let's see where everyone stands on this one.

4 hours? That’s enough time even if something happens still enough time I believe
We all ended up here for a reason… 👀
Some people became notaries to make extra income Others wanted freedom, flexibility, or a fresh start And for some… it completely changed their life. So now we’re curious: 👉 What made YOU decide to become a notary? Was there a specific moment, person, or goal that pushed you into this industry?

At the end of 2019 I started working for law firm. They needed a notary. Now after working many years under attorneys I started my own business as a Mobile Notary and Certified Paralegal. My goal is to one day become a lawyer. I love being a notary and working in the legal world.
