So im going to challenge the water company, using their legislation against them, inc DSAR, request for water testing, I have ordered a TDS meter and electrolyser as evidence, saved a months worth of empty bottled water stating estimated average cost of £200 per month, inc physical harm as well as financial harm. Regardless I looked up the above within the South African legal framework and discovered that there are Legal Consequences Of Using Wrong Dates In Commerce In South Africa. SO I am assuming I am comprehending this issue correctly in that all of my government issued privileges are associated the legal fiction PERSON. The issue then is all of them, eg passports, ID, drivers license etc are issued based on my birth date, ie when I was born as a living baby and not created from the date of registration of the legal fiction Person. Seems to me a perpetuated fraud from start to current?

Good day, I have been looking at the template re the Sole Beneficiary Absolutely Entitled template in which it sates clearly that as a living man I cannot be an Authorised Representative of the legal name. I'm asking because in my journey I filed a UCC-1 Financial Statement and was declared Secured Party Creditor of the Trust in the legal fiction name. However the "security agreement" also declares the following about my status as a living man - " Authorised Representative" on behalf of the Principle Equitable Named Estate Trust Title Holder, for the public trust in my legal NAME. So I am now concerned that I should not be the Authorised Representative as this is the same as being the Agent putting me in the wrong jurisdiction. This also opens up a question re Secured Party Creditor. Is this the same as being the Beneficiary?
